Hey guys I've asked before but it's gotten lost now, my in chat host alerts are still not working? They're definitely enabled and everything else works... Hosts don't. I thought maybe it was just people who hosted for no one and auto hosts not working but even a 13 viewer host didn't trigger it last night? Did I kill it or something? @pale iron the way that the pop ups work is that they are shown all within a box that you put overtop of your gameplay in your streaming program however if you havent placed it over top then StreamElements is unable to show the popup

Quick Question about the Tips/Donations page: Is there any way to completely refresh, restart, or remove the Tips page? If you import things from Stream Labs or anything, it will import them several times over. A friend of mine said when she uploaded things it caused StreamElements to suggest she earned over £7000 when she hasn't even gone beyond £100 at the most.

She has no idea how to disable it, and she made sure to warn me that it could really screw up my alerts and donations total, so I was wondering if there was a way to disable that.

Hi everyone! I have a really weird problem with my timers. I was able to import them from nightbot, but they don't really work for me - and it might be because of my settings not sure -. What happens is, that for now I have 4 timers set, but it only uses the last one I enabled. That will appear correctly in the time and chat line limit I set but the other messages will not show up at all. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Timers are easily confused. Try changing/vary the # of chat lines and seconds. I've had this myself last wednesday and it worked after.

Having a little issue getting the Store elements to be created.
After 13 different attempts I honestly can't create more then 2 Store Redemption items.
It is repeatedly failing. Is there a condition that I ain't reaching or something or is it just a Hit and miss for the Store Redemption?

So if you give 10 points per 10 minutes your viewers wil get 1 per 1.

Viewers only recieve points while your stream is live.

points track online/live only. the timers for commands are exactly what they say, when you're online this commands will execute every so and so minutes, but when you're offline it will do the same except in longer intervals

The timer for timers online means when SE detects the stream is live. When SE detects stream is offline the offline times count

Hey, so basically ive tried to add the overlay for followers, hosts, subs ect. But when i run a test, half of the overlay is cut off, as if the 'screen' settings arnt the right size

Also, on a side note, the 'current song' overlay doenst appear to be showing up, and is there a way to get the 'follower count' and 'latest follower/sub/anything' to be a stat thats updated automatically
