hi, i was streaming last night and i thought i set everything up nicely but very strangely my chatbox widget on stream did not show up, neither did my latest follower and the follower alerts etc only had the audio, no video, except for the follower alert itself but it looked like that gif had been cut off, you could only see one bar of the entire image

I've also noticed when transferring stream labs donations nothing is showing in dashboard
I previously used streamlabs.com and still reply on there text files for updating info on stream and I don't see you have the same stuff unfortunately

Stream labs provide text file which are updated when some one follows, or donates I require these files to update on my over lay in real time, however I don't see this option in streamelements therefore will have to continue using stream labs for donations

sorry guys you have some nice features like a bonus for follow and donations and cheers but can't seem to set up a simply !bonusall command to bonus the chat by a streamer or supermod. that does not conflict and it always seems to bonus me and a mod when theyb try to bonus a viewer and my viewers would not like that as a mod will get a unfair advantage by gainingn more points

Do you guys recommend multiple overlays when you have certain things you want on one scene, but not on others. For example. I have two overlays I use. One has alerts and tip jar. I use that on all scenes. The second contains just chat and events. I use it on a couple scenes when I am not in game. But I also have the other main overlay in that scene too.
Originally I had two overlays, one with alerts, tip jar, chat, events. Use it on non gaming scenes.
2nd was just alerts and tip jar. Used it on gaming scenes.
Problem was if I set the browser sources to not unload I would get double alert sounds. If I let them unload the chat, events, jar would reset each change.

That doesn't make sense to me. Albeit I am probably being stupid.
I don't do a lot of crazy overlay stuff per game or anything. I just have alerts, and tip jar (and webcam) when gaming (no matter what game it is I am streaming) . When I go into my "between games scene" or "chat scene" as I call it. I want the addition of the chat and events there. So I have a gaming scene, chat scene, brb scene.
The jar, chat, events can't be unloaded by obs or each time you come back to that scene they reset. You lose the bits in the jar, chat starts fresh, events is cleared.
So I did the two overlays. Both set to not unload. Keeping chat/events in a sep overlay.

everything is SE. Overlay #1 is alerts/jar/store. Overlay #2 is chat/events. Both set to not unload.
I use #1 on ALL scenes be it in game, or chatting, brb, etc. So all alerts, tips, and store purchases show up.
I add #2 also to my chat scene (along with #1). So the chat shows up on the stream and events also. Plus with #1 in this scene also I get all alerts, tips, store stuff to pop up still.
With those two not set to unload, when I switch between scenes, the jar stays consistent. And chat and events don't wipe.
It is working fine, but I wasn't sure if there was a better way that still maintained the events, chat, tip jar on scene changes
