Follow these steps to grant managers/moderators access to your dashboard:

1. Click on your channel name at the top of the dashboard
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

A counter is created automatically the first time a command with a counter is run. And everytime it is run, the counter will be increased. For example:
!cmd add mistake This is the ${count mistakeCounter} time Johnny makes the same mistake

So the counter mistakeCounter will increase by 1 everytime someone runs the command !mistake. If you want to create another command to decrease the counter, you can use ${count mistakeCounter -1} (or any other number)

In case you want to edit the counter to a specific value, you can use !editcount mistakeCounter 5, and it will change it to 5. This is some basic explanation on how to use it. In case you have a specific issue, feel free to ask.

This clip shows my glitch I have been getting for a while where I get two notifications when I am live.
I have noticed if I have the website open I can see the website and the obs browser seem to load the animation at 2 completely different times I don't know if that's relevant. (I don't always have the brower open just had it open once to change something and got a sub during so I could see it)

Do graphically intensive games or any "hard to run" application cause the media request dock on OBS to buffer when song requests are playing?

I have noticed this happening a few times with example of games like "Days Gone" and last night "Ghostrunner"

My PC is more than capabable of running these games.

I'm not sure what the link to streaming audio from the media request dock or even on stream elements media request in the browser has to what game or application i'm running.

Spotify/Youtube works fine - Its only stream elements media request that buffers, starts and stops

Is this linked or does the media request have some issues with this now and again?

What things could possibly be the cause of this?

Why does Stream Elements media request (dock and website) buffer when i run a game with high graphics?

When i turn the graphics down in the game, the media request stops buffering

(this buffering happens both while the dock is in focus, or on a seperate tab and not on screen

You need to check the exact font name in Windows font settings.
From Start Menu, type Font Settings and open it. Look for the font you want and click on it. On top of the window will appear the font name. That is the name you need to type in the "Custom Font Name".
However, if the font has other options like Regular, bold, etc, you will need to edit the CSS/FIELDS to include that.

Hmm, the Metadata options are referring to the font weight or the font style of it. Unfortunately I could not find that font online to test. But try to change the Font Weight on the widget (right below the Font Size (px)) and check if any of them changes to the CutOut version

If you set the command to 400, the bot will only answer to users that are in that level and above. It will just ignore anyone else.

The option -type reply|say|whisper only indicates how the bot will answer that message. Say means the bot will send the message in the chat. Reply means the bot will reply to that message (like if it was using the reply button). And whisper will send the message via whisper (in case the user has their DMs open)

I currently have a list of redeemable items and chat commands associated, this works perfectly.
I have in my overlay the store redemption alert box setup and it works in obs.
At the end of the redemption, the widget is configure to TTS a text part sent by my chatbot command
I would also like to play sounds from another command, but if I use a chat command with the sound name as a parameter, the TTS reads it after the sound as played.

Is it possible to have 2 different alertsbox widgets for the redemptions, or to temporarily by command disable TTS, or... Am I doing it wrong with the wrong tools?

It is impossible to remove that command, it is a default SE command. Maybe he just disabled the command or changed the command name.
The original name is !enter in the default commands. Check if it is enabled. Also, check if the alias !ticket is there

Most of the overlays are made thinking in mind full hd resolutions, so scaling to 4k could cause some distortions and/or loss of image quality.
What happens exatly when you try to scale the overlay?

If you want to change the resolution of the overlay, you can click on the tree dots > properties. In resolution, choose "Custom" and type the resolution you use.
Then add the overlay to your OBS and put the same resolution.

If you are not hearing your alerts and/or Media Request, you are most likely using the Control Audio via OBS option in your browser source properties.

Dropped Frames means that you have a bad connection between your device and the streaming platform and most likely something related to your ISP not handling the connection properly.

Speed tests usually cannot help solve this problem and its best to use this guide: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues

If you stream to twitch, use the !twitchtest command and do a connection test to your regional servers.

Use the Twitch Bandwidth Test to find the best Twitch server to stream to. Set Duration to Medium. You can uncheck any regions you're not near.

After the test completes, click the Share Result button to upload a screenshot, which can then be copied and pasted here.

Probably it needs to re-fetch the data from Twitch. You can open the widget data here https://streamelements.com/dashboard/session/totals, make sure you are on TOTALS tab and click on RESET SESSION. It will reset the SESSION DATA tab values and re-fetch the TOTALS tab. So in case you need the data in SESSION DATA tab, you need to take notes of the values and add it later again

Im having a weird problem, my alerts havent been working for a while and on a whim I decided to check my variations to see if they are conflicting. However it seems that if my overlay editor isnt up on my browser OBS just claims the alerts are an inactive audio source and they wont play. Is there any way to fix this?

Commands are weird. There are commands that get the response from the old channel before the streamer renames it instead of getting it from the new one, some times it gives an error message when editing, some times it accepts the edit with literally the same command. When they use an already edited command (and that shows edited in the dashboard), it responds with the old command.

Scratch that, I somehow figured it out. The source is still labeled as inactive in OBS however turning off the option to "Control Audio via OBS" in the brower sources settings seems to work. Im guessing thats because streamelements needs to manage the audio and such itself before sending it to OBS.

I noticed that the command after the edit is coming with blank regex and keywords. So the regex that existed is pulling the command that no longer exists. When I put a regex in the new one it replaced the old one.

Hey Pafon, usually when the streamer changes their username, the recommended thing to do is logout from Streamelements, login again, remove the bot and add it again. This will make the bot read correctly the commands.

the way you have it, your game capture is at the top, so its covering everything. you want that at the bottom so you can have your other sources layered on top of it

Paste your overlay URL in the browser source properties, set the dimensions to 1920x1080 (unless you changed them on the website) and check Shutdown source when not visible and Refresh browser when scene becomes active, as shown in this GIF: https://imgur.com/a/2JhJD0S

Thank you for the above answer, I just have a slight issue, in the guidelines for the campaign it reads this

That is the overlay size for the widget, for overlays, put it as 1920x1080 and you and then adjust the position from there

so all the extra space on 1920 doesnt matter, the alert is above the banner anyway?
