If you put in your stream key instead of using connect, you won't/can't get the chat dock. Another option is to install SE.Live and that will give you the chat dock.

I've been tinkering with all those recommendations for a couple hours. The only change I've come across so far is that turning on 'Dynamically change bitrate' lowers my bitrate to 256k to compensate and then sits there. Testing against Minecraft (what I normally stream) no frame drops, everything is all good.
May be game related, but I have a hard time with that since Unpacking is not a processor or graphic-heavy title...

Make sure windows/steam/etc. aren't trying to update/install anything. Lower the game graphics level and see if it helps at all.
You can always use bandwidth test mode (file > settings > stream > enable bandwidth test mode) to test your connection without actually going live. Also make sure that your server is set to Auto

Because unlike streamlabs, streamelements comprehends that every time you load an overlay that all of the assets are required to be streamed as they’re activated and most people don’t have sufficient network throughout while streaming to load assets above 30MB efficiently, thereby degrading the experience for the user and audience. Most “video” alerts can be compressed to webm and under 4MB and therefore easily loaded remotely when called, lowering the impact on the stream and viewing experience. I’d find a webm converter and start there.

From SE Dashboard, click on your avatar on top right > Your username > Channel settings
Click on X button next to the channel you wnt to remove yourself.
Once you do that, you will have no access to the streamer dashboard anymore. If you need access again, you will need to request a new invite link from the streamer

I assume you live in a developed country. You can't use the timezone like GMT or EST as we change in the summer (like now) so you need to make sure you choose the timezone location like US/Pacific for example. Hope this helps.

Subscriber alerts (and tip/cheer alerts) have variations for certain amounts, if custom css is disabled on sub alert but enabled on gifted sub alert, it will still show up, what was needed to be done is disable on both the main alert and all variations.

After I connected the API, the !song command was automatically assigned by the API. After I deleted the command and manually removed all connections via the cloud service, Spotify and Twitch, the StreamElements Bot still doesn't let me use the !song command anymore and only sends the message: "The key you entered was invalid or expired, please check the envesko.cloud dashboard for an updated command"

It will preview the source once you add the URL from the overlay editor (click the paperclip icon in the top right of the overlay editor then past it into the URL section)
Then change the Width to 1920 and the Height to 1080.
Scroll down in that window and have the Refesh page and Shutdown page options checked.

hey there, Ive been kinda stumped lately about sponsorships on stream elements, my friends had asked me about a few games they were sponsored for, and asked if I was joining, and I realized, I do not infact have the button even that says "sponsorships" on my dashboard. so... the last update to se.live made it so I had 2 instances of the plugin running side-by-side, disabled one and left the other up and it worked. now, out of nowhere, I boot up my pc, try to launch OBS and it just closes down immediately...
edit: downloaded the installer for OBS studio and let it run, it said Adobe Creative Cloud was using some files needed, closed it down, installed, everything works (including the se.live plugin)

But usually we do pay within 30 days after the campaign is finished.

Hello! So I am having troubles with my obs se.live. The obs team sent me here and said it was a streamelements issue. Basically everytime I try and insert a photo source obs se.live crashes. I'm curious why the video takes so long to load, and delays playing itself by around 1-2 seconds... that's the cause of this problem, if the video playback delay doesn't happen, the desync with text and the end being cut off won't happen. it's weird because as you said, the size is small, so there shouldn't be any major lag in loading the video for the first time...
and I kinda don't wanna preview the alerts before streaming just to prevent this from happening 😅

HI I think this is a bug but can you remove streamelements out of your extension leaderboard?
Seems like an oversight if not a bug but would like to not have a bot in the leaderboards

Everything settings wise is connected as it should be, mic/aux to headset microphone and Audio Input Capture (for my xbox) set to Game Capture HD60 S+
Just no audio. Audio working perfect for desktop audio still - didn't change any of these settings.
