Hello StreamElements Support Team,
I’m extremely frustrated because I’ve been stuck in a loop of ignored tickets and Sponsorship Program exclusions since summer 2023. I’ve tried opening tickets in #community-helpdesk using !ticket, but they get deleted or closed with automated replies, without any answers.
I was excluded in 2023 and 2024 after false HelloFresh reports, without a chance to explain. In 2023, a #deutsch channel moderator said it was due to “too many tickets,” but that’s because I never got answers. Last week, #deutsch said public channels can’t help and didn’t direct me further.
I urgently need help:
Is my account (Twitch: Nemesis316) on a blacklist, and if so, why?
Why are my tickets deleted or ignored?
Who can I contact to resolve this?
I’d be incredibly grateful if someone could assist or point me to the right support channel. I just want to break this cycle and get clarity.
