Feasibility: 5/10 It will depend of the time Nick dispose

Impact : 7/10 It would help people to know what will change.

Detailed description: At the end of the fest, create a roadmap of what has been retained as feedback and what will soon change. This will centralize information and help the comprehension of player. By doing that you also reassured player that could have certain issue about things that they don't like. It also helps transparency (even though it's very good) and show the players that they are listen to.

@covert aurora Just so you know... after the Fest we were planning to record a short video with the two of us, basically summarizing how many of you took part, what conclusions we drew, etc. (For now, I’m flagging this as a plan, not a 100% promise.)

I’m bringing it up because I’d like you to tell me: do you think presenting post–Fest feedback in this kind of video format, would address your request?

I think that it's good that you'll do a video. Even better if it also include element you retained. I think that five minutes would be a great length. However having a written list of upcoming changes is still for me an important thing. Having a list will let you show everything but a video can only include a few element. Here's what a advice, doing a five minutes video and include the most important element inside it. And at the same time put a list on discord of a lot more thing you have retained and that you think you'll change.

Very good idea... I hope we’ll be able to make as much time for it as I’d like.

Either way, if we record a video like that, we’ll probably need to write everything down on a sheet first, because there’s no way we’ll remember it all. So I think we can easily share that draft as well.

Hopefully we’ll be able to free up some time for it sometime in March, and you’ll be happy with the result.
