They had to be added in a DLC, and then only 2 maps became part of the default rotation later with the French in it. And it wasn’t until the last DLC pack that they released Somme and Passchendaele.

bf4 literally has the good, liked section of noshar canals in the dragon valley map. the tdm version is noshar canals. im not sure what game modes you're playing or what you usually do, but i like most bf4 maps. but considering you care about the maps being good, im sure you must not care for most if not all 2042 maps, because there is a distinct lack of vertical terrain/cover compared to bf3 maps. most ground areas are almost flat

nah the whole reason r6 siege is a thing, is because a group of people used the ideas the original project had, to attempt to commit terrorist acts. ubisoft then went and used some of the originals ideas and formulated it into siege after this occurred

Jets are just faster and more maneuverable, they can outrun you and get good enough positioning on you to either lock on or spray you with the mini gun long enough to deal a good chunk of damage before the helicopter can even get a lock on the jet, from what I’ve seen

1070 is kinda mid-range by most standards, for bf2042's standards rtx 3090 is low end as it cant run bf2042 on ultra 1440p dlss and rtx above 40 fps

My dude, BF2042 is very CPU intensive ... your GFX card is more than enough for this game as long it's not bottlenecked by the CPU - check the GPU load while you're in the game

That's mainly because we don't really need corporate / press statements from EA/DICE, we need facts like game updates, roadmap for Year 1 content ... I would want a game update to be dropped this week for example rather than some fancy apologies which doesn't interest me at all ...

Gamepass ultimate contains standard EA pass and gamepass aswell as Xbox gold
Standard gaempass is just gamepass
