General sens in bf doesn't have a specific horizontal and vertical value.... It's lumped into hipfire sens and ads Sens.... You can however if I remember correctly go into advanced controls and change the vertical ratio... You generally want your verticla and horizontal ratios both to 100% on pc.. on controller a lower vert is better

Scar doesn't have that much recoil.... I'd personally recommend guns with lower recoils to get the hang of things first...
