I'm sure you don't have a job. Realize this, most kids who play games don't pay for their games unless it's Christmas money. The other majority are individuals who work jobs and must pay for the game. The minimum wage for california is $15. For other states it is lower. By having people pay $60 to only play hazard zone is the same as asking them if it is worth 4 hours of their time. Most of the 18+ year olds won't want to spend that $60 since they will want to play with friends who may not see it as worth it. That's the reason BRs are successful. They're f2p so you don't have to justify the price compared to hours worked. Those young adults; however, can justify $20 since it does not seem as much. A lot of the kids defending dice here are fortunate enough to not work and play games that their parents buy them.

Pubg was pay 2 play. Then the reason fortnite and warzone popped off were because they were f2p. EFT and hunt are pay 2 play. I would bet by being the first game of that kind to be f2p, a large userbase would come and play leading to more sales through cosmetics.
