I can tell a diff between my 144hz and 240hz but its not mandatory, hence whey I settled on 165hz for the primary becuase I could get it in a larger format

Stick with 1440p 144/165hz even with a 3090. They dont do 4K 80 in most new games

depends where you are from but its £138 monitor its the best in market for 1080 monitor
