Moravian guard is a militia in Eastern Europe, though we don’t seem to entirely know their motives yet, nor do we really know Arkangel’s. There’s a lot of hinting that Arkangel or Nova seem to have ulterior motives that will likely bring them into conflict with the Exodus crew
