Regardless, Battlefield is a game not real life. Battlefield does tend to have realistic approach to several aspects to gameplay, but at the same time not always. You had that ability for that the past 16 years in Battlefield. This game they even removed the smallest essential thing in any fps game, the scoreboard. Seems they are just removing and/or changing things that don't need much changing

With regards to the statement about the drum and extended mags. To be frank, I feel like you are trying to close the barn door after the horses have already left, so to speak. The proposed nerfs would be substantial if it weren't for the fact that the plus system exists and allows for free access to multiple separate ammo pools, and frankly, I feel like there's not really much that could be done to the drum and extended mags. Whatever vision you have for this is unclear and also odd considering the situation has been largely unchanged for the entire lifespan of the game up to this point, and there haven't been many complaints about it prior. The amount of combat uptime you have with them is practically the standard now. Maybe this should've been more thoroughly considered before releasing the game? @ripe hedge
