Change class gadget from D-pad up to Y

It feels pretty similar how it did before the update with just minor button swaps

There's no reticle it's just a big oval scope there's no dot in the center no lines so you can't gauge distance and it's thermal so everything's one color except the person you're shooting and it's pretty impossible to hit someone

but less smart people who see half a frame of inputlag difference as some kind of bad thing, even though most of them properly sit with variable framerate and have a much bigger inputlag difference compared from map to map in this game
