Shooting the stim just drops a little cartridge on the ground for anyone on your team to pick up and start healing, you don't have to literally shoot the player for it to work

So you can shoot one at your own feet and never use the self-heal at all

1 attack heli (apache for US, super hokum for RU)

1 Nightbird

1 Stealth Heli (Huron for US, Hannibal for RU)
