The issue with liquid coolers is pump noise can be higher and degradation of the components compared to an air cooler.. unless you pay a premium vs an air cooler that performs just as well

arctic liquid freezer II 240mm is similar to the noctua mentioned above, i think it actually gets better initial thermals too

@strong breach I've been reading and re-reading your chat and responses from our comrades and have come up with 3 conclusions and a 4th redundancy. redundancy 1st as it probably isn't going to apply; there are several ways to launch the game: left click, right click and choose either "play" or via "show game details"
Now for the 3 conclusions from easiest to most complicated:
- open windows "User Account Control Settings" toggle down and set to lowest setting "nil" This has worked for me with bf3 and was my last resort as I tried just about everything.
- Do as Isuni suggested and clear your BF registry entries then reinstall games. Might even consider clearing Origin and re-install it as well. In case of corrupt paths in one or more.
- most drastic reformat windows in case of rouge file.
- Also one more possibly redundant task. Do check your firewall in case a file has been quarantined for aberrant behavior.

both bc2 and bf3 will run at a playable degree, but not smooth enough to be on pair with other players. You will find yourself at a big disadvantage. I'd suggest to only play the campaigns if you are interested in those
