when 1920x1080 resolution was first coming there were 2 ways to get this resolution, progressive and interlaced

(afaik interlaced is the same method that consoles use to get 4k upscaled resolution since native 4k is so demanding)

Basically, when I launch battlefield V and alt+tab into other apps, it looks really like white and bloomed out due to the hdr. However, my game crashed once and now that effect is permanent.
