The best way is to check with the product’s ram compatibility list

@autumn trout if it’s on the list it means the board manufacturers have tested it and it’s extremely unlikely it will not work. If you got DOA products then you should be able to return the ram to where you originally bought it from

Even the current highest tier gaming CPUs (Ryzen 7 3800XT and i9-10900K) will bottleneck the RTX 3080 and 3090 at 1080p/1440p. The 3080/3090 are solely 4K gaming cards.
