Its a old GPU with probably a old motherboard so you will need to get a new motherboard, most likely new ram, probably a new CPU because of the different socket

An easy way to visualise a bottleneck is to download MSI afterburner, put cpu and gpu monitoring on. if there is a CPU bottleneck CPU usage will be 100% and gpu will be like 60% or something

or maybe even less

it's a 4c cpu, so I'm not surprised

I would say spend 200 bucks on a b450 motherboard and a ryzen 5 2600

but tbf, it shouldn't be unplayable with that CPU
