Hello guys, I have a RTX 2080 Ti and I9 9900k 16GB Ram 3200mhz and a Z390 Msi gaming pro carbone. Problem is I have huge Fps drops and the game is lagging every 5 seconds what makes it nearly unplayble. I had a better performance on my I5 8400 and GTX 1060..... The thing is my Graphics Card has a really wired usage like from 60-90%. My CPU ist mostly between 50 -60 %. Vsync or anything like that does not help really. Some people say I should maybe try it with 32 GB Ram but I am not really sure if that will help. I am a big BF 5 fan and I spent a lot of monney for my new setup. Does anybody know how to fix this problem ? I can also do a Video with MSI Afterburner running in the background and showing the usage of all my components.

i'm scared of touching shit on my PC because the last time i tried, my BIOS doesn't have a specific XMP option so i ended up using D.O.C.P, and that seemed to work for a while, but then i tried updating Windows to 1903. My computer crashed multiple times, failed to start multiple times, and i eventually just reset everything to default and that fixed it
