For 3rd gen Ryzen clock speeds: Early BIOS used by reviewers was limiting the boost clock. No one was able to get more than 4.3GHz with the 3900X. But MSI released a new BIOS update today and people are getting boost clock between 4.5-4.65 GHz now. AnandTech tweeted that they're redoing all their tests and will upload it tomorrow.

so if you go more than the VRAM limit the computer/game will use RAM.

Or I can just skip the videocard, get a better cpu and 16 giga of ram and buy a videocard later, but I doubt I will use the full power of that pc because the only thing that I am playing and planning to stream is league of legends, so the first pc shoul be enought
