75hz = 75fps basically. Set it at that, don't let it go higher and it might help.
My rig is around $3800, runs BFV at 1080 @60fps on Ultra settings. If I had the money right now to upgrade my 32" curved main screen passed 60 I would.

my problem is the download speed.
i updated siege yesterday and my speed was 25 mbytes per second max
but when i installed bf4 my speed is only 2-5 mbytes. With R&D mode and ran as admin it went 5-10 mbytes per second

Might just be slower servers/connection on the upload, might be a QoL/priority issue of packets on your machine or at the switch/router/modem you have. Probably not something we'd be able to figure out remotely. Maybe try a few speedtest.net servers from different regions and see what your results are. If it's relatively the same average across the base of servers you try, then it's probably just Origin's server/connection.
