Since the latest patch, there have been complaints from the community that they had frame rate reduction on previously 60+ fps machines. It doesn’t appear that it has been pinpointed the source yet, probably because it’s sporadic and doesn’t impact the majority of the community. Have you checked EA Answers HQ yet?

Considering the 1060/6Gb card, that should be enough to run on high. I believe the minimum VRAM reqs are 2Gb, but I could be wrong.

Everything I am reading via Google supports that card at a minimum of 60FPS with the game. So it could be the game patch hosing you, or settings you haven't identified here, or a video driver that has monkeyed something up. Do you have this issue with any other games?
Obviously something as graphically intense for comparison.

that is single channel. bfv hates single channel ram. and so do some other games, i would highly recommend that you get another 1x8gb stick or return that stick and buy 2x4gb. you will see in some cases like a 30fps increase if you do this

but you can have higher on 6600k too
could theoretically run 4000 mhz ram though im not sure about mobo quality
b150 boards do not support OC, get a new mobo or a new rig if you want improvement
