AMD and temperatures wayy back in the early 2000 toms hardware did this video where they removed the cpu cooler while running quake or similar game. One intel cpu slowed down and when cooler was put back on it continued, other crashed but survived, AMD cpus just ended up in fumes

Is anyone else getting the problem where when moving your character suddenly just stops and the movement buttons W,A,S or D stops working and to continue moving in that direction you have to release W,A,S, or D then push the key down again to continue to move in that direction ? I tried both the NVENC (new and old versions) encoders and x264. Recale to 1280x720 and Output to 1280x720. Has anyone else tried to stream from a low-spec CPU?
