Managed to fix it i think it was sonething wrong in the video settings cause i deleted the bf1 folder in my documents and then i launched it and it worked

If so, swap to another channel and see if it clears up interference. If not, open PowerShell and ping -t a stable site (I used google.com myself)--if you start seeing major ping delays, run a tracert against it to see if it's a local or remote hop. If local, you've probably got something going on in the routing or maybe just a bad device in between you and the Internet.

in the ping -t output you'll see something like bytes=32 time=6ms TTL=56

time is your millisecond count for acknowledgement if you weren't aware

then, if you CTRL+C it'll give you an average. I usually let this run for 30 secs to 1min
