screen tearing happens when your monitor and gpus frames arent in sync

even if you have 30 fps on a 30hz monitor that doesnt mean they are matching their frequencies

After that, it doing the intro, and it also restarting my settings. I hope someone will read it. If someone had this problem and solved it, please @ me.
