What cpu do you have? BF1 is very cpu heavy, my i5 4570 is running 100% to keep up. Your 1060 should be better then my 770 and i get 60fps, sometime dipping into the 40s.

So I installed Asus Aura Synch to be able to control the LEDs in my PC more precisely

annnd that thing is a massive pile of garbage

I had to install additional software to be able to get it off my PC

because it constantly clogged up my system with one file preventing me from uninstalling or removing it
