To do so you have to go to the Server Browser or Advanced Search, go to the game info on any server/map and press Spectate.

Check the pins for a tutorial on how to do so in Battlefield V

Speaking of Polish...you can make a pseudo-Warsaw Uprising on Rotterdam and Devestation by changing your announcer language to Polish. This changes the British voicelines to Polish as well. Grab a captured Kar98k...and here you go.
