With custom servers now an option, and more options coming, I'm very surprised we haven't had more creative photoshoots and cinematic pieces created out of BFV.
You guys are posting some amazing content, but I'm surprised this game hasn't been as deep with cinematics as past games.
Would be cool to see some people actually get a 64 man roster and some spectators to put together some authentic cinematics, coordinating everyone to use authentic uniforms and weapons.

Well, if they were to be pre-screened, everyone would complain. The fact that slowmode is on, people complain. Now, it seems folks are complaining about cleaning up off-topic content after-the-fact? Not entirely sure what the solution would be, being psychic?
We have to be realistic about how these things occur and what can be done about them. In reality, all this could be solved by folks having self-discipline, but that's not going to happen. For what it's worth, the issues of this channel get addressed as they occur (and it really doesn't occur that often) when we catch them on our patrols or they're reported and the channel as a whole is one of the more low-threat channels on the server in all honesty.

While I agree that this channel is relatively low risk, and that's commendable given how hostile discord can be sometimes, seeing memes directly followed by an admin posting is very disheartening to content creators like myself looking to share their pictures that they put time and effort into. While this may not be the most high priority channel to moderate, I disagree with needing to be psychic to address small issues like these.

As for BF1....let's see, lighting could use some refinements, defo work more with DoF and lower your FoV if you want it a bit more cinematic

When taking photos you want use your rule of thirds on the model... Also try not to have to much open space or sky... Essentially you want to get closer if you want to capture ^^^ so to speak more Cinematic

I like to make the FOV really low, and then put the camera at a slight tilt to make the shot have a sense of uneasiness.
Also DOF can make the shot look really nice too. I used phtoshop to add the film grain and all the sparks
As far as glamour shots go, i typically don't do too much editing, just have whatever is being photographed be directly in the center of the screen without anything disrupting it, DOF is pretty important here because it blurs anything in the foreground and background that might be distracting.
