It is a known issue with spectator mode. Propellers appear to be running at slower speed which causes them to appear frozen in pictures.

With that you only see reflections of things that are rendered on the screen. So if something closer than the water is blocking the way then there wouldn't be a reflection, but with NVIDIA DXR there would
