Most of the small parts (MGs, ect.) are molded onto the model which makes it easier (on the Pz. Kpfw. IV the MGs were separate parts)

It's by default Alt+F2 on keyboard and only works in Singleplayer/Proglogue.

Nope. You can spectate games though. Via spectator mode, works a bit different.

You can take in-game screenshots via Spectator mode on all platforms, or Nvidia Ansel on PC. :)

with a bit of work in photoshop

they appear during some frames in the prologue and when you first start the game, as well as flying around fjell waiting for planes to explode to get the lens effects
