i've personally not experienced hackers on bfv recently, can't speak for bf1

but i will recommend bfv, it's very immersive and very enjoyable

Unfortunately a lot of cheaters on PC both in BF1 and BF5. Would wholeheartedly recommend both games, but not with the amount of cheating that has been plaguing them for years now.

Visually, it looks pretty cool IMO. If you disregard the historical accuracy thing and view in the same lens as something like Vanguard, the visuals are pretty damn cool for the most part. The actions flows nicely and the lack of music for the most part keeps you almost entirely focused on what’s happening.

I do thing the Launch Trailer for BFV is overall much better though don’t worry

What I love about the Launch Trailer in particular is that how well it pairs with the music in the trailer, something BF/DICE trailers generally do well anyways

Particularly towards the end, notice how something major and noticeable happens on just about every major note

In some games you can also be helpful by just playing supportive roles -> revives in BF1 (op)/Soflaming in 2042/resupplying without being asked ten times in all BFs etc.

Earn 16,000 points by playing Support class to unlock QBS-09, the first shotgun. It will become available for all classes.
To unlock more shotguns, you need to use shotguns.

Except the Shorty 12G, it's a shotgun that replaces your pistol and is unlocked for 18,000 points with pistols (but kills with it will still count for shotguns).

(PS4) Played bf1 and bought all dlc + premium pass a while back. Deleted the game before the release of Revolution and I feel like playing it again. When looking in my library I can only find Battlefield 1 Revolution and it says I have to pay for the game in order to download it.. looking up the base game in the ps store also brings up that I have to buy it again.. is there any way to download the game without spending the money I already spent?

If you prefer modern combat and enjoy having more hardcore mode options, go for BF4. On PC, both have active communities. On Xbox, BF4 is more populated than BF1. I can’t speak for PlayStation.

It’s all about practice and repetition. Focus on only a few guns, make sure you have your specialisations set. If SMG play close quarter maps like Al Marj or Underground and even if you’re not sure what to do, don’t hesitate - always be moving/trying to flank. 12 kills in a round will soon become easy for you.

Actually, player count used to be made available by DICE. For 2042 they haven’t - it’s only by looking at things like Steam you can see how dead the game is.

BC2 was the only title that I was able to consistently get hardcore servers for without having to sit for an hour and try to populate one. Plus, snipers there were actually a threat since this was pre-lens glare on everything recon.
