good gunplay. bfv focuses more on conquest design for its maps so more flanking routes and less three-lane or linear map design ala bf1. no more explosive spam, no more spotting dorrito spam, vehicles are unique for each factions so no french/british tanks for axis forces ala bf1 etc
more gun variety and better balance where every gun has its own strengths and flaws
so no copy pastey feeling ala bf4

yeah, sliding is no way as effective in combat. i only use it to get the fuck out of dodge. never used it in combat as, you're more likely to get headshotted due people aiming for chests instead of heads and sliding brings your head to chest level, and you can't really aim properly while sliding
