I run an account that's decently large on Twitter, got suspended for birth date issues and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, I've been suspended multiple times and been unsuspended within an hour.

Whatever this is it's likely not an issue. Twitter prioritizes larger accounts, thus BF's Twitter would've been fixed pretty darn quickly. I might be wrong, but that's my two cents. And even though devs have been saying what they're saying the past 2 days have been lending a good bit of evidence to a tease of some variety.
