I missed that last jump, but you can jump on the last air conditioner and get up on that little area. there's an invisible ramp which lets you jussst barely vault over the rails on the roof.

I can't really remember, as I had tried to do it with the PS3 version but failed to actually get to the end. I feel like I was being blocked by an AC vent in regular combat, and then saw that row of perfectly spaced AC units and wondered if I could jump across.
now that I got the game on PC, I actually have the time to spend 30 minutes trying to jump across AC vents lol

In bf1 there's a challenge that requires you to kill a behemoth with the kolibri and the best way of doing that is to wait for one to be extremely weak, drop an assload of explosives and detonate them by shooting them with the kolibri

i'd say quickplay also isn't helping. i used to admin team fortress 2 servers. pre-f2p update they were easy to fill by just having 4ish people in and getting regulars etc. but once they added matchmaking (which meant no more use of server browser) community servers were pretty dead on water unless it was a custom mode etc
