as the others have said, it varies from weapon to weapon - generally you can’t go wrong with it, but there’s a couple examples where the other specialisation is also pretty beneficial (eg reduced recoil), so it’s more of a choice

for the most part just think “am i comfortable with this ADS speed?” and if not, stick quick aim on it
