Thats the thing when your pc is cpu bottlenecked, changing graphics presets won't help
Moreover, it makes perfect sense how mp would lag a lot whereas sp is smooth, since mp takes a lot more cpu power to run (a lot more information for your pc to process, your course isn't set so the devs can't optimuze the map so that it'll both look and run great)
