weapons and vehicle spec can be reseted only after you hit 4(guns), max(vehicles). it costs company coins and if you "fuck up" your spec during leveling up you gonna have a bad time so it's better to ask/check out some viable spec tree and go freely after you max level

cheater problem is better in community server, using advanced server list and make your own filter list is useful

@jaunty siren As far as I remember, weapon assignments can be completed in community games as long as it's not password locked. Tides of War stuff don't track there however
