yeah since you can stick it on a roof and it’s very difficult to pop + gets a decent spotting radius
that’s the main appeal of it - sticking it to surfaces is in its favour, which in turn means it’s hard(er) to shoot down
especially when you have that one guy who sits somewhere sniping every flare out of existence immediately after you shoot it
