@hushed thunder hey mate I'm sorry I didn't answer your question a while ago. The Scottish Play outfit only has one glove on the left hand because the right hand would be unable to pull the trigger or get into the trigger guard of whatever weapon the person is holding. It's just far more practical to not wear it on the right hand. It's on the left hand though because that hand doesn't need to get into tight spaces and it usually touching a barrel that can give you burns. Therefore the glove protects the user's hand. Hope that explains everything and I'm sorry I didn't answer you when you asked.
