Illusion of control. Recoil and where the shot goes is still random to a degree after your first shot in BFV. Recoil patterns somewhat mitigate that. But because your iron sights jump to where the bullet is, it fools people into thinking there’s less spread.

Just a heads up on some recent Easter Egg news for Battlefield. There's apparently at least 1 EE undiscovered, each in BF1 and BF4. The latter is said to be an audio EE, confirmed by DICE Engineer JJJU (Julian Manolov).

In BFV, there are 2 undiscovered EEs that we know of. One is "Dutch" on Solomon Islands which you can read about on the BFEE Discord if you haven't already (this is a randomly occurring EE which the BFEE community pinpointed to be near the cave behind objective D).

The other EE has to do with the banana and clock assets made by DICE 3D Artist Joel Zakrisson (link and image below). The interesting part is that it's a crossover EE with Star Wars Battlefront II, with its driss pod and chronometer assets. We're not completely sure what it means.

It may be a good change of pace to try looking for EEs. Happy hunting!

gun variety is pretty good imo. each class has like 2 or 3 sub categories, each gun feels different or has its own strengths and flaws. and best part is that they're all quite balanced. there's not one gun better than others mostly. so you can pretty much choose your favourites and have no issues in combat whatsoever
