It would be awesome. I know a lot of work goes into programming maps and texturing the map. I bet the community is passionate enough that if people could program maps for free they would build maps for dice. Heard working with frostbite is a *itch

I like that there is no DLC. Hated having dead game modes and maps within a few months. In BF1 you can rarely find anyone playing the russia / Naval maps in rotation unless you find the japan server with crazy ping.
