So they add that thing and here's what it does:
Hipfire accuracy and aim is drastically improved to the point where it's better than smgs however there's a trade-off. No bipod whatsoever and you cannot ads whatsoever
So basically you have a 1400rpm lmg that you have great hipfire accuracy however you can't ever aim nor use a bipod
Oh and the gun overheats super easily so that's a way to keep you from just firing willy nilly
