Enhanced Grips / Custom Stock
Polished Action / Extended Mag
Quick Reload / Recoil Buffer

Combination of stat changes and specs can make a pretty decent difference

Like the Type 2A having a 31 round mag vs 20 default for Suomi and Thompson makes it a much more noob-friendly weapon for magdump

So in that vein of design, having the 2A be balanced as an easy but generic weapon works out fine
