I quantified the fix for undelivered class unlock guns not being delivered. (such as M1928A1 for level 20 medic) the player must go to Practice > Practice Range or test your knowledge against real players, complete the original Weapons Practice or squad conquest, In Practice against Players, make sure you rank up the class in match so you'll get it eom and then the unlocked gun will be delivered ................................. You can also do it on Custom Games
If you are already level 20 for your class, you can still play and it'll update everything. So, DICE added the Kunai throw knives for the Japanese faction which unlocks at level 9. If you're already level 20 sniper, then just play Practice against Players or Custom Games once (you don't have to finish), and the Kunai should be unlocked for you. You may have to wait for the match to end for it to trigger. Thanks to Stirling Archer & Nyphon for the additional info.

The knives were meh in BF1, they're also me in BFV, Solveig's knife looks nice tho, the clubs where brutal in BF1, spiked club, bartek bludgeon, ooooh but, in BFV they're meh,but the animation is still satisfying, the heavy ones like the shovel or picaxe are neat
