I would prefer to go the CoD route, have every player regen to 100 quickly after a 5 second delay, slowed by suppression and sped up by getting a kill

10 seconds is an extremely long time

5 seconds is already a harsh enough punishment for players getting pushed

Where you fight the game

PVP needs a much finer balance

Titanfall 2 campaign vs multiplayer is a good example of being able to have different gameplay for balance

SP, you have limited ammo and a shorter tactical (cloak), in MP, you have infinite ammo, and tacticals last for longer

It allows you to artificially affect the pace of the game, and affect the TTK way too much

You cant safely push a medic because he can probably just heal before you attack again
