There’s not much sneaking around like a stealth mission in SP
You just choose the flank you’re going for, stick to cover where possible but basically just goblin run to where you need to be and shoot anyone in range that you see

The GTX 670 according to benchmarks is 200% better than the GTX 650
so there is a change of FPS
and those games are only two years apart from each other

If you aren't upgrading your System every 5 years then ofcourse you will see FPS drop in newer games on your rig...
