tbh, the whole female thing is more of a customization thing. it's a multiplayer game where you can do sandboxy shit where you can drop c4 on ajeep and crash it into tank. it's not gonna be realistic. if they did it during the singleplayer missions it would have been weirder, but if you look at the missions they're fairly well done in terms of accuracy. you won't see any female german soldiers or whatever. and the one girl you do play is more of a resistance fighter than part of an army etc
