They arent really changing the TTK as much as they are changing the weapons effectiveness at range, depending on the weapon ofc. Each weapon is getting a personal rework, its not like the TTK is universal, its just that certain weapons will be more specialized and will work better at the ranges they are intended for

All munitions hit the butt of the tank. AT grenade hit the engine roof (might've been under the turret so maybe lower damage?). The dynamite were on the rear side
