They legally can’t create a whole new game during this timeframe because A: they renegotiate their deal with lucasarts and Disney in about 2-3 years

working with licenses can be litteral hell. everything usually have to be signed off and approved by the overseeing parties. it takes ages sometimes. good example where it can go horribly wrong is the friday 13th game, that got all its future dlc cancelled due the lawsuits surrounding the IP. and in stuff like dead by daylight it took ages to get new cosmetics for killers based on iconic IPs due money/licensing deals and shit.

don't server hop immediately after a loss. try to stay and the server might get balanced properly afterwards. first entry is always rough since if you join a game that's already in progress you usally join the shit team first
