i think that being prone in a bush should be more visible than being crouched, simply for gameplay reasons, let me explain
if you're prone, you can be an MMG/Anti material camper, if you're crouched, there aren't many spots where you can put down the bipod. Crouching in a bush imo should be an effective way to make your enemy lose you, for example if you're low on hp or ammo and the enemies are coming, you could hide in a bush
